We've suffered a catastrophic level of voluntary attrition in Ottawa. It's so bad that we can't execute programs anymore.
Management deals with it by pretending there's nothing wrong, so we just keep losing top talent.
This is definitely not just an Ottawa issue. Turnover at my location, and I am assuming all around, has been one of main Honeywell problems. We can't do anything properly because nobody stays in the company long enough to learn how to do things properly.
And those who know are either already gone, on their way out, or simply don't care anymore to even try. There's no way will ever see better days at Honeywell until the management realizes that this is the issue and does something about it.
Which will happen exactly never.
