If an associate is laid off before Jan 31 from the HO, will they still get their yearly incentive (bonus)? Some say no. Some say yes. Which one is it?

As long as one is still employed on Jan 31, the Associate will receive their annual bonus. Typically, Associates remain on payroll for 60 days after notification, so at this point an impacted person would receive the incentive.
