Good luck to all that remain. So you know LIFE is better outside of Sears, it took some time to locate what was best for me and my family. Starting a new job is scary and still is. But my being home every Sunday and at home every night has greatly improved my outlook on life. Not to mention my blood pressure has gone down. Good luck to all, if you get a chance get out now. The severance package is not guaranteed to be there if the company goes under.
