RJ lead an extremely incompetent/corrupt organization. Does anyone suspect things will finally be cleaned up with new leadership?

RJ & her cronies have screwed IT Operations beyond repair.
Director ~ Senior Execs skill set is now limited to selling snake oil, talented ones have already abandoned the sinking ship and the rest are waiting for the golden handshake.
IT is beyond repair. She watched it slowly degrade into the sh*t show it is today.

Employing relatives and providing friends no show jobs. Should be interesting to see how the culture changes in 2018.
Rediculous part was how RJ relatives were allowed to retain nepotism employment, while at the same time she was HR and Senior Leadership empowered to sh!tcan tons of peasants in general population during LR cycles. Business ethics and executive leadership integrity, at its finest. Pitiful.
The lack of accountability in operations is astounding. 100% nepotism.

I agree, there is no change coming especially in IT. That organization has a cancer of nepotism, tribalism and favoritism running through it that cannot be changed without a considerable 'do-over'. Really, really bad. I fault RJ for letting that happen on her watch.
