Wipro offshore resources (India) will be replacing a few departments with FTEs. Ask your manager if they have received contracts/emails about offshore resources and see if they squirm. Apparently some of the layoffs will be announced as early as this coming week, but will be staggered over the next few months.

The Timing of layoffs is a business decision, not a moral one. morale is so low bc they took away pto time. No holiday partys. All about the IPO. been seeing layoffs in areas where work has been lost and in "harmonizing" across McK and CH.
I can't imagine laying off people right before the holidays.
