21 out of 105? (20%) Sales Reps in the LEO (Large Enterprise Operations) were let go today. A whole bunch of accounts being transferred to GIS next year, so we won't need the reps. GIS / NAAO will service those accounts..

So sorry to hear that it is still going on. I worked in Norwalk for one year; one horrible year. During that time I heard from people countless horror stories of mismanagement and other bad behavior. My boss - who had been with the company for ten years - changed my so-called career path to suit his quarterly numbers. I was "promoted" (ha ha) so that he could have me dissolve a department. Instead of doing that I found a new job far far away from the pit of despair that is Xerox. I heard through the grapevine that he himself had been let go restoring my faith in karmic justice.
If you are considering a career at Xerox, don't walk, run! as far away and as fast as you can.
