Anybody wants to guess how many layoffs will be a part of the planned $3 billion annual savings?
There are so many other ways to save, but they are long term, and we all know that Mondelez is more focused in right here right now than in investing in long term solutions.
I say a few thousand, minimum.
With that math formula looks like 25 to 30 thousand job's eliminated!

When costs of layoffs are written off, you usually use 100K/head as your rule of thumb... 10 folks for a million, 100 for $10M, 1000 for $100M, 10,000 for $1B...
