Dm came into our Kmart today and brought his holiday spirit from up above. Three full timers worked their whole shift and five minutes before their shift ended they were called into Hr and were terminated. Softline lead, data and office lead. Holiday spirit? Not!!

What is wrong with you people? Layoffs like that do happen. So quick to squeal " liar!"....does that make you right? No. It will happen, and it will happen to you.
I don't really see why the OP would lie about it. Just a while back their was also a post of some other associates being terminated. It is possibly truth that they are going to start slaughtering stores as of now just sound so savage just terminating someone before xmas. I mean if you think about it before xmas where its one of the happiest moments turning into a crappy situation.
Sounds about right. Only a few people around after the Titanic goes under. There is only few bits or pieces left before we all sink. Eddie likes to rearrange the deck but it will happen sooner or later.

I don't mind if they lay me off. I know what the reality of working for SHC is. Just riding it out for now.
Maybe they are starting to do stealth layoffs so they fly under the radar. Just because it's not being done the way it used to be doesn't mean it's not true. Sears doesn't want the bad press.
