It s---s to see so many of my coworkers going through this crap AGAIN! I hope you all find better jobs if you get let go. I'm sorry Honeywell leadership is absolute garbage and couldn't lead their way out of a wet paper bag with a machete.....But be sure to turn in those CI's and BOP's, we need them for your performance reviews.....I'm quitting tomorrow, just got an offer from SpaceX, good luck folks!

I was thinking of the guy who owns both Amazon and Blue Origin and recently hired the ex-Honeywell guy.
You might notice the new Blue Origin CEO is ex Honeywell Aero CTO VP, who happens to be a sharp guy that values employees. I'd work under him any day.
@peg is correct since corp evp recently said the same thing. He said take a new graduate over an experienced worker and he put it in writing. Seems like a future age discrimination lawsuit to me.
I'd rent for awhile to see if you are a good fit. Very knowledgeable guy was told that experience was a detriment and that opinions of new grads were more important. He moved on to Blue Origin in Seattle. Their CEO is the complete opposite of Musk.
Unless you like joining cults, SpaceX pay is below industry standard and long long hours are required....
And Tim the Baloney man will get a yearly bonus as always .
Wow, forgot all about CIs and BOPs since I left 18 months ago! Those are the biggest hypocritical tools in lean management. Let's institute more paperwork for workers to do that site leadership will not use or care about..........rrrright !?!
