This just in...in wake of the recent tax overhaul Walmart is planning to give all hourly associates a 1 dollar per hour raise and a one time bonus of 500 dollars ! This is a move to compete with other companies like AT&T who are doing similar things for their employees. Walmart is to be praised for such a generous move. All the GMs know about this already but have been instructed to not say anything until Feb, 1st. ....................Wait a minute , I think I have hit my head and am blabbering senselessly.......

Is the information on this site regarding possible layoffs at Sam's Club for real or is this just idle gossip? As an employee for Sam's for eight years, I am questioning the validity of this site.
