Take the wife out for a nice dinner and then start planning on what to do with forthcoming yearend bonus (put in cash account or max out 401k)

I'm struck by the reported numbers. Folks who make under $150K are eligible, and that is reportedly around 145K folks. If we are to believe numbers of FTEs employed in the recent past that means there is a shyte load of people at this company making over 150K a year. If that isn't a sign of the disparity in the workplace, especially at financial institutions, I don't know what is. This is a small window which I'm glad is finally open into the overpaid maroons running around at this bank.

Just in case folks forget, they do taxes out with the supplemental fed rate (25%) on this bonus. In NC you will take home about $617.00.
