Dont be too harsh on the OP - The intent is good, clean up the site by voting down less relevant posts (e.g., a random link on IBM) - the site should come up with a system where we users are allowed to vote up or down posts so only relevant stuff pops on the top.

More like a softie who can't stand to hear other opinions. Now the same individual is posting and commenting cleverly on his own posts.
