Proactive about cleaning dead weight from management

Only silver lining for CB&I employees now is that McDermott wants to have a functional on-shore group and they should try to preserve the workers bees. Otherwise, if CB&I let people go at the current pace, there will not be an onshore group left. At the same time, if they continue with the current group of Directors, Department Directors and Project Managers on the same path of corruption, nepotism, and no-integrity, what McDermott acquired could be hollow. So McDermott better be proactive in cleaning the crooks out of CB&I before it turns into a hollow group.

What @QQofgGG-1mwh said. This is the only way I see this working out. The cleanup of upper management levels is of crucial importance if we are to walk out of this mess still standing. Not really sure it'll happen, though.

Impose an IQ test. Consolidate functions. Raise the bar on performance targets. Cut budgets. Cut pay and tie bonuses to arbitrarily high goals. Make CB&I a lean hungry organization of star performers competing against each other for limited resources. Boy, this will be great!!

CB&I is what happens when you have uneducated construction workers running a company that only cares about their bonus.

What we need to do is start a list of all these worthless people so they cant s--- their way into a new posistion. Ive got several good ones in mind from Fabrication services. We should put their asses out on the flag pole for everyone to see😆. CB&I being so big on PERSONAL ACCOUNTABILITY and all.....

We have many frustrated worker bees at CB&I. The Swamp needs to be drained of the overpaid upper management, Directors, VP's Senior VP's etc. We are still way too fat and Top heavy. Need to slim down if we are going to survive. Hopefully McDermott will do exactly that.
