Question. In our packets we were supposed to receive directions on how to send it. Well i didnt get it. Can anyone provide me a number to call if one is listed? My managers are no help. Thanks.

Obviously you douche lords did not take the time to READ all of the pages, because the under/over 40 info was in there plain as day. It IS bullcrap that they had two sets of rules -I agree 100%! However, it is also wrong that they had us sign to say certain things were true which were bold face lies.

I got help from a friend and emailed them since there is no contact number. Just asked if my paper work went thru and it did. They said pay out if you have direct deposit will be 11 of January.
@QVZIpbH-1lgh I, for the life of me can't imagine why there would be a different requirement based on whether you are -/+ 40 years old. I am not going to completely raise a red flag, but I think that is extremely far fetched. Prove me wrong and post some info to back that up.

They didn't send an addressed postage paid envelope with yours? If you are 40 or older, says it has to be postmarked within 45 days of when you got it, so you still have time to ask questions to the questions email address they included. If you are under 40, I think it said it had to be mailed back within 15 days.
Did anyone actually read it and catch the enormous lie they are making us say IS true? Can't reveal it because of the confidentiality agreement but it's a WHOPPER.
