Thread regarding Walmart layoffs

Did anybody actually see this rebound at Walmart?

Apparently, retail is on the rebound this holiday season. I'm just wondering if anybody noticed that in their Walmart stores? I sure as hell didn't see any rebound in mine, so I'm not sure what they're talking about.

Store 100 is directly across from the home office, I can tell you other stores in NWA were not as busy.

Store 100 isn’t solely responsible for a $2B day. The entire chain contributed. Stop b--ching.

Store 100 is in NWA, where everyone works for Walmart, it’s disqualified. Where do customers shop when they have a choice

My store, 100, did very well. Lots of shoppers all season and packed the day after Christmas too. The company had several $1B days leading up to Christmas and may have had a $2B on the 23rd. If you don’t like working for WM you’re free to go elsewhere.

My store actually did do better in the past several months than it did in a long while. Can't speak for the rest, but I did see it, at least since Thanksgiving.

People are shopping online, not in the stores. No one enjoys going to the stores.

It's called fake news. Welcome to the era where govt, media, and corporations will blatantly lie about the economy or anything else to prop up the "All is well!" narrative.
