The 10-City Composite Index increased 6.0 percent year-over-year and 0.7 percent from September, while the 20-City Composite Index grew 6.4 percent year-over-year and 0.7 percent from September. Seattle, Las Vegas and San Diego continued to post the strongest annual gains among the 20 cities, with increases of 12.7 percent, 10.2 percent and 8.1 percent, respectively.

we contribute largest amount of US GDP related to fish tacos. Local economy is strong. Home values should go up another 20%, although amount of batter and size of fish in each taco may go down. Pico de gallo isn't exactly free either. Signs of irrational avocado exuberance have been percolating thru the horchata, however we've never had a national decline in tortilla prices.
