Well marketing is going away the days of community involvement gone, it's about the almighty dollars however getting better merchandise cause this company is gonna need it, the members want better stuff not junk from some cheap a-- place Lord knows where I laugh when they say me spending more time taking care of member needs come to my club red flap on GM door never gets out of office no morning meetings look out cause gm jobs will be next long goes taking care of ur people as without the hourly work would not get done, Hell been around almost 30 years and it has changed for the worst in all areas.Dont apply here thinking u will make a,difference cause they don't care Bye Bye Sam's Club as it won't be long.

They may as well do away with Marketing. It seems like we have children in these positions at our HO playing games or dumb as a bed of rocks. One day they send out codes for events then the next day they are changed because they weren't correct. They send us papers with hide and seek games for the members to play. That pisses off the members, some say its childish games. No communication what so ever. HO is making us look like idiots. Can they embarrass us anymore? Just get it over with, eliminate our Marketing jobs for Gods Sake 😞

Really writing on the wall for the last 9 months. They now have technology with better results Groupon, Radio etc....It’s cheaper than paying 2 full time and gas mileage.

You haven't heard anything about marketing lead going away? It's one of the big ones that's been talked about. Marketing, Receiving are the two big ones almost definitely hitting. Night shift split possibly at the same time. Photo/Jewelry/Cell Phones/Etc are looking at changes.
