Any news on December layoffs?
I think Change Healthcare is killing off Relay Health in little pieces. They don't want everyone to flee at once so they RIF small numbers every 4-6 weeks, hoping it goes by with minimal public fanfare. They don't want to get sued for not honoring existing contracts and garner bad publicity prior to the IPO so they keep a skeletal staff. There can be no other reason for them to strip down the Relay Health technical teams to such a degree.
They blame it on bad sales. But if Change Healthcare is such as gift to the world (you should hear the BS hype), there should not be an issue with sales. It should be a land of opportunity for all. They should be training existing technical staff in needed areas, rather than disposing of them like trash.
Come on Erkan. You may as well just fire everyone that's left, including yourself, since nothing has improved from previous layoffs.
They should ask for volunteers to be laid off with decent packages. Ask workers, not management. I think they would be surprised at how many people would sign up right away.
Staggered through Dec/Jan/Feb. a goal is to not set off WARN alarms.

Yes - heard from a reliable source the 'packages' are being created as we speak. They are about 10 feet high stacked.
