Thread regarding General Electric Co. layoffs

Lawsuit: 'Fiduciary malpractice'

My attorney said we have a strong case to claw back money from these parasitic leaders. We may proceed with multiple cases.

-'Fiduciary malpractice'

Essentially, a fiduciary is a person or organization that owes to another the duties of good faith and trust. The highest legal duty of one party to another, it also involves being bound ethically to act in the other's best interests. A fiduciary might be responsible for general well-being, but often it involves finances – managing the assets of another person, or of a group of people, for example. Money managers, bankers, accountants, executors, board members, and corporate officers can all be considered.

Didn’t take long for your attorney to jump on this:

Croutonville also refers to stiff, salty, stale old Whitebread, just like the company's board of directors. They're all too pasty white and inflexible to adapt to the new world.

It's a mispelling of the popular nickname Cretinville. Another nickname is Croutonville, which is a reference to the mafia-ness of the company's top executives. (a la Mastrangelo). Lower level execs will cringe if you use either of these terms in their presence, and in the present climate, doing so would probably get your name moved near the top of their head chopping list.

They mean "Cretinville". However since they are undereducated, envious turds they misspell it.

@2kuy help me understand "Cretonville". Crotonville is the leadership management facility, or so I hear, but I don't get "Cretonville". Is it a play on words? #SeriousQuestion #HelpABrothaOut

Your attorney is a f---ing idiot, much like your wife and the union you work for. GE doesn’t owe you a damn dime. Get over it, collect your severance, and go join another union. F---ing troll

GE doesn't owe you anything. Move on with your life. You should also find a new lawyer.

Anyone that works for GE and think they have this great long career ahead of them is a moron. GE is another fly by night job these days. The flood gates will open and longevity of employees will be gone. It will be a spiral of new people coming and going and quality and service to the customer will suffer greatly. Enjoy your crap short lived jobs.
