So many careers will be ending once ppl are laid off. Politics are crazy here and wondering how many people have titles that do not match their qualifications.

Yeah I agree. The folks in Linux Android team and their leading VP and directors for sure are the worst and most incapable suchk ups... They seem to have updated their linkedin for jumping ship before coming goes RIP. Horrible so called leaders...

If these high titled people direct not.code or contribute in any way then for sure I can say they are not directing well and not worth the money

@Qcb8Obp-edw a lot of those are Indians who happen to be from the same village as their manager. These managers pass over other ethnicities for promotions and only promote their own race. These clowns wouldn't survive a day outside of the Q and hopefully all get told to GTFO.

There are lot of people who got their fancy title (Sr Staff & above) because of "who" they know, not because of "what" they know. They are going to have hard time getting matching titles outside of Q based on their technical capabilities alone.
I know a lot of simple not very good python programmer donning the title of senior staff manager or director title
In open market they are not worth even 100k..
