Nice try troll. Unionization is the solution for the worker not for the company.

What is the solution for the company? That is harder to answer.

Above my pay grade but imo change leadership obviously....also this company feels too big and unfocused to be a success, it seems like the various factions would all operate better as smaller companies instead of this huge self-contradicting abomination we have become.

Verizon has become like the Chimera, a mythical beast with three heads; a lion, a goat, and a snake!

Naturally these beasts do not always get along, which is probably why the Chimera was such an ill tempered creature.

The criticism that Verizon is nor forward thinking followed by trumpeting Unionization as the solution does not ring true. While it was a valid solution in the transition between agrarian and industrial ages even the mushy-headed millenials see this solution is a fabrication of those romantically attached to the days of twisted wire.

@QdLLWom-ecs Well, then you're dumb one for not knowing the facts and history....CWA has Unionized the "temps" and even though VZ would require the temps to work during a work stoppage by the Union...They will not.....and just as in strike of 1998 CWA told the company....don't even bother work completing them as temps now because...WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK IN WITHOUT EVERY SINGLE ONE.

That is exactly how it went down, and to boot, the VZ "temps" were now made permanent at the signing of the contract...CWA won yet again. When will they ever learn don't F with this Union.

Facts and History.

They are probably hiring temps to learn your job and your contract is up 2019 ,now they can use the temps to work if you go on strike,vz is not dumb

Go90, "the brianchild of Brian Angiolet" is da bomb! OMG, he totally gets millenials and they have "How awesome is this guy" custom emojis. And it only cost Verizon a billion in losses. Well done Brian, well done.

FIOS is doing really well.....It's just a shame that Lowell sold off more than 20 states of fiber early on with his Wireless dream....very short sided.

Not only is there a demand for the residential customers wanting 1 gigabyte of speed in their homes but now the demand is coming from businesses large and small.

Verizon could have been literally a monopoly in this field all over the country.

Today Verizon is hiring all positions wireline field as we speak, the only department doing so. Again the almost negligent leadership has brought this company to its knees.

Those doubting I'm sure there is. Zero growth in Wireless 10-12 percent growth in Wireline.

What a shame.
