QC rejected BCOM offer? Wow so bad for SM

Just received the email about rejecting the offer from BCOM, so stupid to reject the offer, that was the only way to avoid more lawsuits and issues with Mav. This is for sure the end of this company. Leave while you can as the exodus already started.

SM is also on the board of GE. Did you see GE's restructuring announcement and their stock price? Coincidence?

I also think that not being acquired by Chinese investors is a far better proposition for a Q engineer. We have NXP merger already and potentially more market to diversify. We have all tech that Broadcom has. Either Q will go thru a purgation period or it will continue failing miserably like Motorola, Nokia and others. If you don't believe Q management will be able to fix, just leave. Btw, that is exactly what I am trying to do and looking for greener pastures.

The Q culture is already gone... Time to move on

It's okay to admit Qualcomm is broken.

You morons, if Bcom takes over Q, it will be the end of Q culture. More than 35% of current employees will lose their job. It will be the end of an innovative company. Be careful what you wish for, you don't know how good you got it now.

Broadcom should rescind the offer, and watch the Qualcomm stock crash back to the low to mid 50's. When they see the shareholders in tears, they decide to re-engage at $75 per share. I'm sure when the shareholders realize what they have without Broadcom they will be eager to embrace the deal and get some new management. Do it before we end up like GE!

SM & PJ are two spoiled kids who don't give a damn about the engineers and their families, I hope the exec. Board can get rid of both.

BS. Broadcom will come up with a new offer, Q will accept, and that‘s that. Hockeytan already said that he would fight this through, if necessary, so this is definitely going to happen.
