Pls stop posting rumors. There is no mention in the Pune development center that it is closing.
@rfb What makes me mad is when you call a 1-800 for help and you get someone that can't help you or speak English. It just makes things so complicated and a pain in the a-- to deal with and fix. This is why people are shopping less customers don't see that customer satisfaction matters in all places.

That call center in the Philippines will be the last to go. It's too bad that Sears lost 1000s of customers trying to save on American wages by running that DISASTER. Short sighted.
