has anybody heard anything about the Walker shop are they about to shutdown .

So this place is bought out back in July this year but we are told there is no for sale sign and that work is coming. It was about this time when the shop went down , all we had was chrome until September and almost nothing last couple months ,but everything was fine says Jeff.

CB&I sold the majority stock share to McDermott today. McDermott only wants to keep CB&I’s technology branch, and shut down all the shops. Everyone is definitely getting laid off. The Walker shop is being closed down. The cats out the bag.
Sources say another round of layoffs next week. Guess who ever is left can lock the gate. It’s over!!!!
And there goes another half of the company...
50 more pink slips this Wednesday. But everything is going to be ok????
A lot of ups and downs in the industry right now as a whole . CB&I Sunland is going to be fine guys , there’s plenty of work on the books !
