Not really layoff related but our moral is low. These quotas are high so even if we go hard all month we’re not going to get much at the end. But we will have made VZ a ton of money against this lofty quota.

Given everything that's going on, it's not bad. there is a lot of uncertainty, a lot of anxiety but most people give approximately zero f---s about what is about to happen as this is just a transitional job for them. Nobody working in my store has kids, nobody has a mortgage, so - low pressure.
