Are both the personnel coordinators and training coordinator gone in february?? I know someone has to know something??
Any info if pctc s will receive severance pay like the invoice associates did?
I have been hearing Fla stores have been piloting no Personnel Coordinator, but keeping the Training Coordinator.
Also heard rumors PCs would learn tbeir fate by Jan 30.
Does anyone have any confirmation or heard rumors?
I can not believe there is not more information ! These are long term associates Is this February nationwide or just pilot stores?
If you’re a personnel manager in a store watch for when they start to move HR work to global shared services (GSS). That is when you know your position will soon be gone. It’s happening now in Canada.
The word is home office cuts will occur by Jan 31,2018.
Once the training coordinator position is scrapped, it’s only a matter of time when the Personnel Manager position is also going to
eliminated. It will all go to 3rd party.
I heard the layoffs will start in February. I heard training coordinator will be let go for sure, Personnel coordinator will stay for now.
