Well when they announce in a meeting/town hall that " there are no more layoffs planned for now" and how that can change, that should give you an indication that layoffs were not done. My leader and my com, when asked about future layoffs told my team there were no guarantees. My coach encouraged us to dust off our resumes time and time again. If you missed the clues, again that is on you and you are very naive.

Fired? Were they on a PIP? What role?
One of my teammates was just fired. We have been given a whole lot of extra work since the layoff and there have been many system issues. Even with that, they are expecting perfection and beyond perfection. It appears they are trying to find reasons to let ppl go. Would have been safer to be "laid-off" but they are definitely weeding out.

Yes, fmdf, you reposted it many times on many of the threads, some where it makes even less sense than others. Yes, we’ve been told they’re laying off 250 more, after open enrollment....we’re all up to speed on that, but thanks for reposting what you did....it really moved the conversation forward a smidge
