Do you have any clue how many retail employees were hoping to be let go with a severance package??? This is a bad, bad sign for VZW. I hate my job more and more each day, bunch of liars with no morals. VZ will get served what it deserves. Karma forgets no-one

So grow a pair, get a new job and quit. Stop waiting for them to do your dirty work for you. It’s your job, career, life... get off your @ss before it passes you by.

I was hoping to be laid off. I don't mean to be insensitive to those that were cut as I understand this impacts your life. I was simply hoping to be laid off because this job is not what I signed up for. The interview process was so different then what the job actually is. All of the people I work with complain non-stop and everyone is on edge when my district manager comes in because he is a complete a--hole
I was praying to get laid off. It’s the best possible scenario for people who have been in the business long enough to see its steep decline and have more to offer elsewhere. The frontline is safe for now, but come next quarter, it will be a blood bath, I’m certain.
