I need to know any information about current or future layoffs for HAH FCM's ...all these acronyms are killing me! I wish I was layed off already, sounds like our 2017 "bonus/incentive, whatever" and severance if laid off, will be NOT happening?? I'm beyond over this crap!

I don't even know why I even botherd posting on this site. Some people are just so insensitive and cruel to other opinions and questions, thats what they are opinions. We all have our own but come on, all of us on the front line have been impacted by this, yes its a business but we are all humans looking for information that we have either not been provided at all or given confusing, bland specks of hope. Fcm here too. I would also like to know any information as this continual layoff and sense of Doom and Gloom is really wearing on me. I'm assuming that we will be laid off sometime next year just wondering if it's going to be January or if we bought ourselves a bit of time. If anyone has heard any information I would appreciate the input.
It's in lieu of a raise. Not based on whether or not you got your performance incentive in 2017. It replaces the performance incentive for anyone who would have gotten one from Oct 2017 until December 2018. How much of a percent you get is based on when you would have gotten the yearly increase in that time frame. And it also still has to have been budgeted in the spring by your leader. There is zero excuse for misinformation on this subject. It is ALL on the hi! Page. There is no need for conjecture or assumption. 100% if you are part of the RIF you will not receive the payment.
Kcu- I think you’re mistaken with your information. People who got the performance incentive in 2017 are eligible for it in January , and it’s not a raise
I heard FCM roles are being permanently faced out. sorry! The FCM coach in my State was impacted.
It is not a bonus. It is a one time only payment for those who did not get a raise in 2017. It is to make up for that
If you are impacted, you definitely will not be getting the January bonus. Its in the faq's on the hi page
