Let’s let a group of average employees run one of the most important initiatives in our business. How did that turn out for you? While we are at it, let’s buy a couple dying companies. While we are at it, let’s buy a cloud company, then run it into the ground. Let’s let a corrosive culture prevail, and allow HR to look the other way. Yes you know who you are. Let’s let TMo Beat us in the business market. Let’s hold everyone responsible for bad decisions and actions of a few poor leaders and decision makers. I’ve been on the inside looking out. Now I’m on the outside looking in. Drain the swamp. I’m off to finding a greener pasture.

LK is a disaster but what's the issue with VCP? I had thought that platform was doing well, they certainly seem to have budget to keep the infrastructure growing.
VCP has so many issues operationally it is not funny. Throw LK and IPTV in there too. We are not
AWS. We never will be. They take our best and brightest, not the other way around.
I have been to industry meetings and have seen some very inappropriate behavior from their leadership. Alcohol, vendor relationship seem very loose.....
There are some very intelligent people on that team, much like other network teams in my group and over in wireless. However, Their leadership is abysmal and never should have been allowed to run it into the ground. Anyone that enabled it should be fired. The senior leadership should be held accountable. What is VCP EDGE ?
WOW at all all groups I thought VCP was untouchable at the moment.
Not sure about VCP Edge but VCP Core lost 5 people plus their director as well. Nobody was safe in this RIF.
