Does anyone elses store have the managment locking their office door. In the office here all they have is keys to drawers where phone are kept and computer and tv for camera.

You are being paranoid
In all stores in which I worked the manager had 1 locked filing cabinet, and they locked their office door when they required privacy and at every night.
