CB&I ALWAYS begins FEED too soon and relying on information gained from past jobs, then pounding that square information into round holes.
Then they wonder why all the hours are gone and they still don't have a finished product they can present to the client.
Too many jobs start okay but then they start changing personnel that are totally confused about the project. This creates issues like going over the same ground to solve a previously solved problem because the new guy wants to do it his way.
Engineers need to understand that there is no magic button that changes the project information based on your new "talented" input.
