The press release said they would be mailed to our best customers?
We got some of them in our Sears store. They were available to anyone who walked in the door. They were supposed to be displayed at a main entryway with a big hanging banner and on three white cardboard pedistalls. They were looking for them on the Reindeer Run. We got so few wish books they were gone by then. Most of the merchandise featured in the wish book was either not available or back ordered. What a joke.
Haven't seen them in our store yet either. We have a few people asking about them but we have to tell them NO. JUst another bad idea with poor execution by corporate.
They're not mailing them, they have to be picked up in-store. They sent out an email a few weeks ago talking it up, saying they could only be picked up at the jewelry counter by showing your super-special invitation email. In reality they were scattered around every counter and table in the store, free for the taking.
Haven’t gotten any here either and platinum members haven’t gotten them in the mail, WTF?
We haven't gotten our wish books yet.
And no one gave serious thought to distributing it to as many people as possible. Purely a narcissistic last move by the big people who made it.
