Lock' EM UP: Should Jeff Immelt and his staff be Jailed

Insane amount of feedback sharply criticizing GE Leadership, Culture and fabrication of Misleading financial numbers, and secrecy. I think Jeff Immelt and his entire staff contributed to this massive miscalculation and misrepresentation should be held accountable by Congress and send to jail.

Great job Jeff , wow , 60 dollar stock when you took over GE , 15 years later, 15 dollar stock ! Kicked out of the Dow, almost bankrupt, employees pensions put under question . Part of the GE management debacle , or sham . Hope you enjoy all the money you" earned " Jeff . You were an awful excuse for a CEO

GE employees keep sticking their heads in the sand hoping this is not real. This is no longer just writing on the wall. This is being blasted by megaphones globally. If you choose to stay you deserve the impact. Good luck to all.

Put the guy who did this to GE , Jeff Immeltdown, in jail. Think what he did to all the good employees at GE . Cost them dearly , while he mascaraded as a "manager" , paying himself millions. What a crook !!!

No problem paying a CEO when he performs , but when they fail and cause many hardworking people to lose their money , they should be held accountable, not rewarded for their incompetence.

We are all hurt and we are thinking too much about the laws. The reality is many things done that were wrong fudging numbers to knowingly withholding information from employees and investors and I am sure lawyers will get a long list for him and rest of this staff

They should be made to refund the millions of severance package paid to them. Making wrong business decisions or incompetence is not against the law to send them to prison.

There needs to be a poison pill type ..clause in JF contract. If he does not deliver ...he get sh_t for compensation. He wanted the sh_tty job he has it but he should be be rewarded for Jeff I ..type performance. That was absolutely disgusting ...

They should! But they won’t! Because the rich keep getting richer and they find loopholes in everything! That is why middle class America is a dying breed!

His reputation and integrity aren't worth 2 cents. He may own 2% of the companies shares share price has tanked. When he and comstocks write their books no one will buy them because they are not visionaries they are losers. Jeff will be remembered for all the wrong things, personally I hope John is remembered for turning the company around and securing jobs.

Unfortunately, incompetence is not illegal. Misleading investors may be.

What's the law isn't always right, and what's right isn't always the law. I agree Immelt and his band should be held accountable, but I wouldn't be surprised that they had corporate legal experts review every disclosure, and found a way around every questionable disclosure.
