I highly doubt there will be cuts in pay since they were giving out raises last month. Small ones but at least there were being given out

January brings five percent layoffs across the board. Jobs are moving to India and Taiwan.

WARN is both site specific and US only. It's not difficult to avoid triggering the WARN notices with thoughtful planning or 60 days pay in lieu of notice

Dec and Jan are last two months of the 4th quarter. These are clean up months in a company which has had 3 quarters of negative growth. It's a no brainer there's going to be layoffs.
Storage needs to reduce significantly its corporate footprint because it is wasting resources.. I hear Michael is going to make sure that is the case in January..
