Does anyone have any insight into bonus levels? I've heard they could quite a bit lower than last year since last year's goals were so low and it was partly a make up year for terrible bonuses in early 2016. Either way the Board may be trying to pull back on that especially when 2018 will be a tough year for growth or profit.

You misspelled 'severance'.
SWN stock is down 40% this year and is one of the worst performing stocks in it's peer group.
Do not spend it before it shows up. Way is losing sway and will be fighting for his job and not our bonuses.
