How long until corporate realizes all the 26+ AD managers in mcbu are bonkers. They don't listen to their employeees and many more problems.

Theres deadwood trying to convince himself of something again. Loves the fatality rates, the performance on Gorgon, Wheatstone, Bigfoot, AMBU and all the other things that a people like him are responsible for. Just wait around, he will harp on more about how much he loves his job and how great his life is on a layoff board like hes trying desperately to convince himself its true.

Since when did any employee in Midcon listen to Anyone? They have it all figured out. They invented the Permian game and showed the world how it is done. They are the cutting edge oil and gas professionals of the world.
It has always been a one-way street with all PSG 26+ in all the BU’s. There may be a handful that do listen to the employees, but in general, it’s the function of upper management types to dictate downward, not to listen to the troops.
