I have an offer from a company. I got a bonus this performance review. If I leave after the bonus is paid out, do I have to return the bonus? Could they rescind bonus if I give 2 weeks notice that is within bonus payment date?

Once you can see the bonus in your bank account, just find your manager and hand him over your 2-week resignation letter.
BE PATIENT
Bonus is a reward for work you have already given to the company. RSU/Stock is a future reward to keep you working.. a retention tool. So once you see the bonus hit your account, you should be free to go forward with your career decisions...

This was discussed recently, you must wait for the bonus to be deposited into your bank account and it is yours, you don't need to give back unless you consider yourself a slave. After this you can give the two week notice to your manager.
