excess staff in Indian need to be fired first not US staff. No one knows what the staff down there in India do sitting in office for such long hours.....are they creating illusion of productivity.... nothing worthwhile has come out Indian centers for half decade....

Sorry but plan is to have 30% in High cost and 70 % in low cost like India. This is fact of life. If work can be done in India without quality issues it will be done there. This is the fact of life.

Directors of bulla$hit!!! Probably some of these came to SD and got contaminated with the polluted matrix in SD. Similar to those principal engineers with no reports and no contribuitions.

BDC closed 3Ghz cpu freq 1.5 years back waiting SD team to match that number.., we have to how many years more it takes
