Do you manage people? You are aware performance rating doesn't directly equal stock rating, right? Stock awards are based on your future with the org, and to what degree they wish to retain you.
Sr Staff, Rating:5, Bonus: 14k, RSU:24k, Salary inc:3%
staff: rating 5, bonus 28k, rsu:45k, hike: 4.15%
Sr Staff, Rating:5, Bonus: 20k, RSU: 40K, Salary increase: 3.2%
