Lay off one layer of management

I have a suggestion. It really will not hurt to cut one whole layer of management globally which is the layer after the first layer of manager because:

  1. they have no technical expertise

  2. they are not smarter or better informed than the layrr above them

  3. they are not able to make decision without waiting for order from the layer above them

  4. expensive

so why keep them

I think the following people with the title senior should be laid off: Senior Manager, Senior Director, Senior VP.
