should get rid of it all. only reason GE is out there is to copy what others are doing. instead of creating the environment to attract talent it had to overpay and quite a number of people left on their own when they found the culture was not a good fit
Are those effected being notified already?
7.5 % cut is just starters and appetizer for HR in SR. Many job cuts ahead.
A 7.5% cut - that is fortunate compared to what the rest of Power is facing.
