Thread regarding Verizon Communications Inc. layoffs

Has there been any posts here about SMs being laid off?? If there has been it either got shut down upon by the so called SMs shouting their lungs out smthng bad abt SSs or UniOn or calling someone losers etc. Can someone here explain what do the SMs donin the store?? Is Verizon simply blind or they just dont wanna give up that Big Boss kinda attitude?? Is there somewhere else that the SSs or a positions like us gets bashed up in the wireless industry? No I’m sorry we ain’t gonna slam then huns bcz that’s what pays ya’ll. We’re just gonna do our jobs & do what’s right for the customers who we cater Verizon’s services to. If an escalation comes, they turn their backsides in us saying Oh we dont know what to do, u should’ve sold with Integrity. Integrity? Where u guys r just sitting on ur chairs, “Doing Nothing” & getting paid to push us into sell the useless accessories which they can get for cheaper elsewhere? Slam products which the customers not gonna want or return in near future?? Verizon talks abt cutting expenses right? Go after the useless SMs, good for nothing, just collecting higher hourly & co tributing NOTHING AT ALL!! Sales r hurting, everyone’s scared how tk save their jobs. They’re the only ones acting as if nothing is happening, the truth is it is actually happening, BUT nothing to them. All they know how to harass us SSs, and make their portion & ho home & repeat the same every freakin day!!! Does Verlieson NOW get the truth? Probably Not I guess!!!
