Thanksgiving Day Stores Closed

Don't think for one minute they closed the stores on Thanksgiving Day for the employees benefit. It's all about money and they are hurting right now because financially they are in trouble. They saved a bunch of money by closing stores on Thanksgiving Day. It was for corporates benefit.

Actually in many markets several stores for many years have stayed closed or open depending on business, my current store, been there for three years now, I had to put in a request to open, we have exceed sales thus far. As far as I know, the decision to keep a store open or closed is up to the Store Manager and the DM. It works the same with the competition, been there, if the store is a high volume store, it makes sense to stay open. I worked at a store years ago and we did north of 20k on TG day. Again, it all depends on the market.
