What makes you think they are trained and know what to do? They are just trying to follow orders like all the rest. The Hon plan is convert resources to cash. So HR is a resource and just doing what told untol they have to go.

HR @HNY is completely worthless. The only role they serve is to help the Mgr "Paper the file" when they want to put someone on a PIP to continue trying to humiliate them into quitting so HNY doesn't have to pay severance when they leave, which makes the Mgr look like he's saving $ to his direct report as well as leadersh*t. Totally Spineless and Gutless.
