Eventually I started looking at the "transformation" as transforming from being a retail business to being a landlord of other stores and/or a seller of real estate. I had been fooled but as others said on here a million times that's what it's about. Even the people who came out to remodel our Sears store down to one floor admitted as much. Jobwise they are very happy to be working for the REIT.
I never wish bad on anyone but my sneaky store manager? Karma better be coming his way. He's been playing with people's lives for far too long now and hypocrite doesn't even cover describing him. I hope he has trouble finding a job when this is over.
