I sincerely doubt that person even works for WM. I hope not. I like AR. Been living here most my life. Some changes are good and others not so good. Just like WM. Either way probably one of those clowns that just stalk sites to fire people up. When really we should be at least offering up encouraging words to those that come here to vent out frustration of being “laid off”. Instead it seems that people want to attack others- those that have made a career at WM. Not all these people are within this entitled group, favored, and all the other terms I’ve seen on this site. Most of them are great people that come in (or came in), did their job the best they could. Kept their opinions to themselves. Tried to get along with others. And most of all support their family. I surely don’t understand all the bashing that happens here for those that are reaching out, giving a heads up, or speaking to their experience of being let go. All in all - and for the most part - others try to offer their encouragement, ideas, or their own experiences within this area. But then there are those- and seems to be more prevalent as time goes on- that just want to curb stomp the ever living crap out of others. And for what?

If anyone is wondering why Walmart is playing down BV in favor of its bigger city locations, there's your answer. If anyone is wondering why top talent won't come to BV to work, there's your answer. You do the company and the state of AR no favors by living down to stereotypes.

Judging from the last two articles shared on this site, interviews with Jk and Ft about increasing operations in India that more layoffs/firings are a given. If they do it before February I am guessing they screw the affected victims out of bonuses? Typical

Well their plans are working obviously. Turning out good stock numbers while people who left for whatever reason are butt-hurt and come in here and whine day in and day out like they get some thereputic relief. It’s stupid.
