When is the quarter earnings release?

Earnings release is this Thursday, November 30

They did give guidance, but there will be much to learn from cash flow, how many stores were actually sold, and what's actually happening to GM%. Cash flow and cash on hand will be particularly enlightening.

December 6th is next earnings report!
In SEC parlance SHLD is known as an "accelerated filer" and has 40 days from the end of a quarter to FILE their 10-Q earnings report. This is calculated to be as late as December 11 for them to file and per historical filings (e.g. Thursday's) they would most likely file on Dec 7th. Little bit of irony in that date
It's (almost) always on a Thursday. So it probably is this Thursday since the following Thursday would be after the 35 day time limit from the end of the previous quarter.
Notice how they become later and later...as they get worse and worse.
I thought it was Feb for the 4th quarter. At least that's what my shady SM said. He pretends to know things that aren't necessarily true though. That's the real one.
Isn't March when the annual report comes out? That's the biggie IMO. Let's see about that going concern warning this year.
I thought I read somewhere that December 6 is the date.
