i'm sure ford could do much better if we had less politics and more innovation.
this is a good company, but the red tape is really slowing down innovation. it's getting in the way of pure engineering, something that should never happen in an automotive company.
one would think that those on top realized by now that in this industry, innovation is everything. it's the only way to stay on top. we'll keep having closures and layoffs until that sinks in properly.
instead of so much unnecessary red tape and micro-managing we need to incentivize innovation throughout the entire company. then, maybe we'll start opening factories again.
