Wonder if this was a club that ended up closing?
If upper management really wants to know what clubs look like then all visits should be a surprise visit. Most clubs have a skeleton crew and cannot get things anywhere close to where it needs to be. Yes its a frenzy when CM thinks they are coming and they start panicking. If they was to ever install cameras in mgr office and actually monitored it then we would lose 2 mgrs right off the bat, They get paid a big salary to sit on there butts every day.
The point is, that it's the truth. Do the clubs not know ahead of time when someone is coming and everyone is in a frenzy to get things just right? I've also thought this was ridicules, shouldn't we be ready for "visitors" everyday? Our members pay to shop here, shouldn't we be better? The good associates are getting tired of pulling the load for the associates that don't give a hoot, managers included. It's sad when good positions open up we don't have anyone qualified to fill them. Managers that are reading this, open your eyes to what's going on around you, get the coachings done and get rid the time clock abusers, ones with poor attendance and poor attitude. It's dragging the rest of us down.

That's exactly why we are being eliminated. They do not see the club how it really is.
I hope the dc driver picks up the truck thinking it’s empty and no one has a clue what is missing. Serves them right.
